This series looks at topics that the church, at large, has had a difficult time explaining in a culture that exploits or challenges moral authority. Sadly, the church today has become diluted in the opinions of our culture and has succumbed to the pressure of preaching or teaching what is more popular than proper. This is nothing new to the church. The same pressure to conform to the society was prevalent during the time in which our Bible was being written. In fact, much of what Apostle Paul wrote in his letters was in relation to the church not confronting the influences that were impacting sound doctrine. It left the church thinking, “What’s the big deal?”
